These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UAE Tax Calculator at uaetaxcalc.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About the Service

The Service is a free, informational UAE Corporate Tax calculator. It estimates a UAE-resident business's Corporate Tax position based on figures you supply, and surfaces information about Small Business Relief, free zone rules, and filing deadlines.

Not professional advice

The Service produces estimates only. It is NOT legal, accounting, or tax advice, and is NOT a substitute for engaging a UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) registered tax agent. UAE Corporate Tax is complex and the calculator deliberately uses a simplified model that does not cover every edge case. You should consult a qualified tax agent before making any decision, filing, or election.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we make no warranty that the Service or its content is accurate, current, complete, or uninterrupted. We do not warrant that the calculations are error-free or will produce a particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, UAE Tax Calculator is not liable for any loss, damage, tax penalty, interest, fine, or other expense that results from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. If you act on a calculator result without verifying it with a qualified tax agent, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Your obligations

When you use the Service you agree to:

• Consult an FTA-registered tax agent before filing your UAE Corporate Tax return. The Service is not a substitute for that step.
• Not scrape, copy, or republish the Service or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Not attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party referrals

The Service lists independent UAE tax and accounting firms as a convenience. We do not employ, control, supervise, or guarantee the services of any listed firm. We do not earn referral fees from listed firms at this time. Always verify a firm is FTA-registered before engaging them.

Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page and in the "Last updated" date above.

Intellectual property

The Service's content, design, and code are owned by UAE Tax Calculator or its licensors. UAE Corporate Tax legislation referenced in the Service is published by the UAE Government and remains its property.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
